Our Inspection Services are based on Unmanaged Photogrammetry using UAV Photos and LiDAR technology (3D Laser Scanning), and the production of accurate and high resolution 3D models of Bridges and Structures. UAV’s are shaping the future of bridge and structure inspection and rehabilitation.  Our drones are capable of collecting far more and more detailed inspection data compared to the traditional methods and  at much greater savings in costs.  Moreover, all our work can be carried out without interfering with traffic.

We are using cloud technology to enable access to shared 3D models and photos from the entire team with minimal management time and effort.

Our tools provide a 3D environment in order to visualize and analyze bridge structure using high resolution georeferenced 3D models with colorized point clouds and panoramic images.

Find below our bridge inspection services:

  1. High accuracy bridge 3D modelling using images and laser scanning
  2. As-Built CAD/BIM brigde modelling
  3. Bridge visual inspection reporting

High accuracy bridge 3D modelling using images and laser scanning:

Our deliverables :

  • Bridge Images in .png and .jpg format with geotagging information (Ascii text)
  • AutoCAD drawing (.dwg format) with the insertion of the Bridge Images
  • Bridge 3D model  in .obj and .3mx format.
  • Bridge point cloud with <2cm density (las, e57 and Autodesk Recap)
  • Orthophotos of bridge top and side views.

As-Built CAD/BIM bridge modelling

Production of As-Built CAD drawings including Bridge Plans and Views and Bridge elements specific views. Deliverables in .dwg and .pdf format

Production of Bridge Building Information Model (BIM). Deliverables in .ifc, .rvt and .nwd format

Bridge visual inspection reporting:

The visual inspection will define the overall condition of the inspected elements in order to be classified as a base for planning and proposing actions and future additional testing / investigations ‐if required‐ so as to ensure the operational safety of the structure.

Visual inspection will be carried out in accordance with International Standards and as per technical and ethics of engineering demands.
